Wildwood Stingrays

Via a computer or mobile web browser:

• Log onto SwimTopia via Website on computer or mobile browser
• Click “Meets & Events” Tab
• Click “Meet Entry”
• For each athlete, choose whether “attending” or “not attending”
• Next you can select events the swimmer is interested in swimming. You are not required to do this step, but it helps communicate to the coaches your swimmer’s preferences. Each swimmer can swim in a total of 4 events at each meet, including relays. So if you swim two relays, you can only swim 2 individual events or 1 relay and 3 individual events.
  • Note on event selection: the purpose of this is to communicate your preferences to the coaches and not a guarantee of the events your swimmer will be placed in.
• Next there is an option about relays, select which one is appropriate for your swimmer
• In the comment section, you can rank your event preference: (ex.1st- 50 Free, 2nd- 100 Breast, 3rd- 50 Back, 4th- 50 Fly) This is important if Coach places you in a relay, thus eliminating one of your individual events
• Click SAVE!
• Return to the Meet & Event Page and Select “Job Sign Up”
• Select “Sign Up for Jobs”
• Select Parent for sign up
• Click check box next to job you wish to volunteer for
• Scroll to bottom of page and select “save assignment”
• You are all set for the upcoming meet!

On the App:

• Open App and on the home screen, scroll down to the upcoming events.
• Select Desired Meet
• Click Meet Sign Up
• Select “Edit”
